Job Description
- As a Medical Affairs professional, you will play a crucial role in providing scientific expertise to support marketing and sales teams. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various functions to ensure the accuracy and scientific integrity of marketing materials, product launches, and brand management. Your deep understanding of scientific data will be essential for effectively communicating with non-scientific stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support the creation of medical manuals, presentations, and marketing materials for product launches.
- Lead the development of product launch presentations, offering insights on therapy areas and product details to marketing and sales teams.
- Serve as the scientific point of contact for field force and healthcare professionals, providing evidence-based responses to support customer relationships.
- Stay updated on scientific data, clinical trials, and guidelines relevant to the company's products and therapy areas.
- Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams to ensure scientific accuracy in all materials.
- Develop and deliver training programs for medical representatives, ensuring they are informed about the latest product and therapeutic information.
- Prepare and contribute to manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, focusing on original research and review articles related to the company's products and therapeutic areas.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: M. Pharma or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of scientific concepts in pharmaceutical products and therapy areas.
- Ability to simplify complex scientific information for non-scientific stakeholders.
- Proficiency in scientific content creation, medical writing, and presentation development.
