Job Description
- As an Assistant Manager with 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in BPO team handling, you will be responsible for leading the DAD Sales team. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring lead sizing to maintain an average of 30 leads per user, overseeing the account opening process including Saathi and Drishti training, managing 2 mentors, achieving business KRA related to agent productivity, training the team on opening, closing, and objection handling skills, conducting knowledge sessions with 100% coverage, auditing calls daily, conducting 5 mock calls daily, and driving referral business by creating leads per user.
To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, knowledge of broking and operations, as well as familiarity with trading applications and MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in Telugu is preferred. The work location is in Hyderabad, Telangana, and requires in-person presence.
