Job Title: RCM Advisor

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

🕕 Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated RCM Associates to oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. The role involves managing claim submissions, payment posting, denial management, and A/R follow-up — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections.

You’ll work closely with payers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and maintain smooth cash flow operations while adhering to healthcare industry standards and HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Post payments and reconcile daily deposits to ensure data integrity.
• Identify, research, and resolve claim denials or discrepancies.
• Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain detailed billing records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and insurance payers to resolve billing or payment issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Vision RCM
• Must have hands-on experience with Vision and Revolution EHR
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows, payer policies, and claims lifecycle.
