As we scale our operations, were looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead our finance and compliance processes.

As we scale our operations, were looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead our finance and compliance processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns and manage challans (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.).
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and MIS summaries.
- Coordinate with CA/Auditors for internal and external audits.
- Maintain records of vendor payments, receivables, and statutory compliance.
- Support payroll processing and ensure proper deductions (PF/ESIC if applicable).
- Supervise junior accounts staff (if any) and guide them on compliance tasks.
- Maintain invoice documentation and assist in timely reporting to management.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter)
- 2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing/trading setup
- In-depth working knowledge of:
- GST: Input/output reconciliation, e-way bills, monthly returns
- TDS: Deduction on salary, contractor, professional services, etc.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and banking portals
- GST filing & compliance
- TDS calculation and returns
- Bank reconciliation & ledger management

- Financial reporting
- MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Attention to detail & strong work ethic
- Communication and documentation
- Experience working in a healthcare, construction, or equipment trading company
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Busy, or other cloud-based accounting tools
- Understanding of inventory accounting and project-based expense tracking
