Were hiring for ourselves!

At Closr, we work closely with C levels, leadership teams, and high-growth companies across geographies for sales and leadership hiring. Now, were looking for someone to work closely with our founder on the next phase of growth.

This is a Founders Office / Sales & Strategy Associate role.

Its not routine. Its not support-only. And its not for someone who needs hand-holding.

You will work directly with the CEO on:

  • Speaking to inbound / lead-gen qualified prospects
  • Supporting sales conversations and follow-ups
  • Filling out RFIs and vendor onboarding documents
  • Drafting and editing proposals
  • Structuring new business ideas and verticals
  • Supporting allied business lines were building
  • Research, competitive analysis, and strategic inputs
  • Presentation decks and client-facing material
  • Occasional EA-style coordination when required

Some weeks will be sales-heavy.

Some weeks will be strategic.

Some weeks will be messy.

You should apply if you:

  • Communicate clearly and confidently (written + spoken)
  • Can hold a conversation with CXOs without freezing
  • Learn fast and connect dots across business functions
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
  • Have strong presentation and structuring skills
  • Are curious about AI, tech, and business models
  • Can think in numbers, not just words

Freshers are welcome.
