About the Role:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy. This is a new role focusing on social media and search optimization for both the UAE and KSA markets. You will manage all social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized and tailored to each channel, while driving engagement and growth. The ideal candidate is Arabic-speaking, has at least 4 years of experience, preferably with regional experience, and is hands-on with marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute Cloud Spaces marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Manage and update the company website with news, events, and growth updates.

• Lead social media management across all platforms, understanding platform-specific strategies.
• Optimize content for search engines and monitor performance (SEO & engagement).
• Work with and manage PR agencies to maximize brand visibility.
• Research advertising trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Plan and execute targeted content and digital campaigns across social media and email.
• Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest optimizations.
• Stay current with social media best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure all content is informative, appealing, and optimized for SEO.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers.
• Manage marketing budgets for events, seminars, and expos.
• Contribute marketing success stories to internal newsletters and updates.
• Monitor local, regional, and international market developments to identify opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with regional exposure (UAE & KSA).
• Arabic speaking is required.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
