Job Title: D365 FO Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad(On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design business processes and systems, aligning them with financial operations.
• Assess the current state of business models and their integration with technology, identifying areas for improvement.
• Gather, synthesize, and analyze information to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Evaluate customer requirements and define future state business solutions to meet financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions, ensuring solutions are applicable across multiple departments.
• 
  Provide subject matter expertise in finance and accounting to shape solution designs.
• Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies

Required Skills:

• Successful completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline. Emphasis in Accounting is preferred.
• Minimum of 5years experience with full life-cycle implementation of D365FO/ Dynamics AX Finance experience (prefer at minimum AX 2012 R3)
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional processes.
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations-related certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Experience and strong working knowledge across key Finance modules. Current Certifications are preferred
