Job Description
- As a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator, your role will involve assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring telecom projects. You will be responsible for coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and efficient execution of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in managing telecom infrastructure rollouts, fiber deployments, or network upgrades.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, site acquisition, logistics, and field teams.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare regular project reports, status updates, and documentation.
- Manage risks and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Support procurement processes and manage inventory or material tracking if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecom, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in telecom project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, fiber, or wireless technologies is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project or equivalent project tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
