Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Placement Manager role based in Bangalore. The Placement Manager will coordinate recruitment and placement initiatives for both trainees and corporate clients, develop partnerships with organizations for placement opportunities, and conduct workshops to enhance candidates career readiness. Other responsibilities include maintaining relationships with recruiters, tracking placement metrics, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders involved in the placement process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and corporate partners.
• Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, understanding of hiring processes, and expertise in job market trends.

  Get Hired
  Having Track record of atleast 500+ successfull placement in last 3 years.
• Organizational and project management skills to coordinate outreach, interviews, and placement programs effectively.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and training programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday is beneficial.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
