Job Description

Role: Director of Sales - IT Services

Location: Hyderabad

Job description

A successful candidate must be a self-starter and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a highly dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their own sales expertise, along with their leadership skills to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the US market to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Conducting weekly forecasting meeting with business development team that reports to you
  • Reporting on sales activity, productivity and forecasting to CEO
  • Identify opportunities for sales enablement and training materials and/or programs to aid your team in executing sales processes and quota achievement.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and review the performance of Business Development Managers and Executives on your team
  • Coach, mentor and motivate your BDMs on people management and quota achievement
  • Establish account relationships with key decision makers when necessary, to drive large deals forward.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business development & Sales
  • 5+ year of team lead or management experience
  • Good understanding of Telecom, IT / Cloud Technologies
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

  • Experience in tech industry preferred
  • Proven record of quota attainment
  • Strategic thinker who is good at thinking on their feet
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional business acumen, self-starter and results-driven personality
  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM, and Outreach.io or similar prospect engagement platform
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as India Mobile Congress, Mobile World Congress and staff appreciation events.
