Were at the early stage setting up our operations, building our first team, and preparing for a global launch.

Youll be joining right at the start, working directly with the founder to help set up the company, hire the first team, and manage daily operations.

What Youll Do

• Work closely with the founder to set up systems and workflows for smooth business operations
• Hire and manage the first core team (developers, designers, operations staff, etc.)
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and maintain team accountability
• Oversee daily activities, meetings, and internal communication
• Coordinate with clients, prepare proposals, and maintain relationships
• Support business development and identify new growth opportunities
• Keep everything organized using tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, and Google Workspace

Who You Are

• 2-4+ years of experience in business management, operations, or project coordination
• Confident managing people and handling online team communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities
