Job Summary:


Seeking a dynamic Client Success Partner to manage and grow key BFSI client relationships. The role involves driving client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and business growth through strategic engagement, governance, and proactive account management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end account governance, including performance reviews and escalations.
  • Drive P&L ownership, ensuring account profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.

    Build strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and account expansion.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in IT Services with a focus on BFSI domain.
  • Proven experience in client management, delivery governance, and account growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, APIs, and IT service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
