We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Proposal Writer to join our Bid & Pre-Sales team and support in developing compelling business proposals aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the proposal team in creating, editing, and formatting RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, and Marketing) to gather relevant content for proposals.
• Maintain and update the proposal content repository and templates for future use.
• Review and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company branding and standards.
• Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and industries to strengthen proposal responses.
• Assist in drafting executive summaries and customized responses that highlight Clovitys strengths.
• Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted within deadlines.

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in proposal writing, pre-sales support, or content creation (IT/Tech domain preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to format professional documents.
• Understanding of RFP/RFI processes will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively during EST hours and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
