Assistant Manager Health & Safety

Role & responsibilities

Key deliverables:

• Conduct periodic H&S audits & checks at sites and track for addressal of non-compliances.
• 
  Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment at all companywide locations. Proactively analyse possible safety failures or hazards that could possibly lead to serious accidents and initiate steps to de risk the Company from such occurrences.
• MIS - Safety data analytics and identification of trends for curating controls for deployment to reduce risks. Companywide safety MIS & report preparation.
• Conduct accident investigation to identify root cause and initiate company-wide corrective actions for horizontal deployment to prevent future recurrences of similar incidents.
• Track and analyse statutory compliances across the Company in line with the H&S process for Resorts & Offices. Tracks for Emergency preparedness checks & Mock Drills implementation at all locations.
• Coordinate for location wise Safety Committee reviews and overall status check of Safety performance.
• Support the Safety function in its Safety initiatives drive, safety awareness and communication. Ensure safety priorities identified are executed well.

  Get Hired
  Checking for Industry benchmarks of best practices and driving company wise initiatives to improve the overall Safety standards of the Organisation.
• Support in developing safety and health training modules for skill & capability building of various employee segments. Classroom & on job Safety trainings at Resorts.
• Coordinate and conduct various Health and safety trainings for Stores, DCs and SO
• Support the Safety function to develop Health and Safety procedures that are compliant with legal and statutory requirements.
