Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to non-members at our resort and promote our luxury holiday products.
• Deliver compelling and effective sales presentations, staying updated on all company offerings.
• Translate customer dreams into the reality of luxury holidays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
• Meet happy customers and encourage them to upgrade their existing products.
• Demonstrate aggressive sales drive and go-getter attitude with proven direct selling experience.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in one or more South Indian languages.
• Sales Skills: Fast learner with a strong passion for sales.
• Experience: Prior experience in direct selling is essential.
• Personality: Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused.
