Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including managing HR practices, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits, and managing personnel. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, supporting staff recruitment, administering payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and administration
