Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of RAG systems & Agentic AI components, debugging complex AI/ML pipelines in production environments, collaborating with teams to integrate practical solutions, and documenting insights and sharing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Required:
- Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Data Science/ML, with 1.5-2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and/or Machine Learning (model building)
- Proven RAG or machine learning skills including implementation, debugging, and optimization
- Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks with practical exposure preferred over theory

- Expertise in Python including clean code, debugging mastery, and pipeline troubleshooting
- LeetCode/HackerRank profiles are a huge plus
- Must be an obsessive learner who stays ahead of AI trends
