Job Purpose
Develop CASE business in the assigned area of responsibility conducting the sales activity including: networking with industry influencers and main stakeholders, prospection of opportunities, business development with existing customers. Area Manager is responsible for the field execution of the Sales Plan in alignment with the Brand strategy and values. As a first line person in the relationship with customers, Area Manager is a trusted business advisor who works on customers/ Dealership best interest.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribution to the elaboration of the sales strategy thru deep market analysis within his area of responsibility including economic situation, industry trends, segment potential & competitors.
  • Achievement of unit sales & profitability in the assigned area of responsibility, maximizing business potential with the help of dealership, existing & prospect customers.
  • Closely monitoring of dealership accounts business share, Brand reputation & awareness in the area of responsibility
Experience Required
Essential experience and skills: 08 to 10 year in same field with same area
Preferred Qualifications
Education/Qualifications: Engineering Background with Construction Equipment experience
