Job Purpose
Responsible for INDIA FP&A and SG&A by performing budgeting, forecasting & Monthly P&L Reporting and presentations, Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin
Key Activities include Monthly Closure, Budgeting and Forecasting, SG&A Control and Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
System development and align reporting systems at par with other subregions.
Coordination with cross functional team for Budget/forecast activities
Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting Monthly/Quarterly: Responsible for preparing India Market Dashboard PPT, Timeliness and accuracy level of Flash/Actuals with causals update & variance analysis, Product Profitability analysis, Quarterly Balance Sheet (FG Inventory, AR), Legal Entity P&L Preparation for tax and treasury,
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive and implement FCST & BDG review templates and reconciliations. Loading of Planning scenarios in PLUS and eNERgy, Variance Analysis along with causals template
• SG&A Controlling: Analyze the Department wise support function cost. Drive Full year projection with monthly calendarization, Reconciliation with Uplan, SPOC for New CC open/modification/block/unblock
• Purchase Requisition approvals: PR approver for all India SG&A
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting: Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis. Support commercial controller for Channel profitability Analysis
  

Experience Required
8 to 15 Years
Preferred Qualifications
CA / MBA / CMA
