Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities

• Handle and Manage contract profile end to end related to business.
• Drafting and vetting legal contract, agreement, tenders, engagement letters etc.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinion, note including risk assessment matrix.
• Coordinating, briefing / attended meeting with business, senior advocate, lawyer.
• 
  Conduct training and awareness session for legal / non-legal colleagues.
• Assist company official to represent company in negotiation.
• Preparing and maintaining MIS (contingent / provision), payment / other MIS for timely submission to stakeholders.
  

Experience Required

• Minimum 7 PQE
• Experience / depth knowledge of Contract law
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Law Graduate (LL.B / LL.M).
• CS / CA /MBA (added advantage)
