Job Description
- As an experienced Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling high-performance Data Platforms to support critical systems. Your primary tasks will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and workflows utilizing tools such as Apache Airflow and Temporal to ensure reliability, observability, and scalability. Additionally, you will develop backend components and services using Node.js, Golang, or Java to integrate with data pipelines and applications.
You will also play a key role in connecting and managing data across various storage systems including MongoDB, SQL databases, and optimizing message queues like Kafka for real-time event streaming. Collaboration with Data Scientists and AI Engineers will be essential to embed AI-powered intelligence into platform workflows.
In this role, you will partner with DevOps teams to deploy and manage solutions on Kubernetes with robust CI/CD automation while continuously improving performance, scalability, and security to meet enterprise-grade standards. Conducting code reviews to uphold quality, performance, and security best practices will be part of your routine. Moreover, providing technical mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers will be expected from you.
**Must-haves:**
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Apache Airflow and/or Temporal for workflow orchestration.
- Strong programming skills in Node.js, Golang, or Java.
- Experience with MongoDB, SQL databases, and message queues (e.g., Kafka).
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and practices.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production workflows.
This is a full-time position, and the work location is in person.,
