As the Content & Pinterest Marketing Specialist, your job is to bring our brand stories to life and drive traffic to our website through smart content distribution and Pinterest. Youll manage blog content, Pinterest strategy, and coordinate with our design team to ensure every visual and post performs well.

• Write, edit, and upload 10 high-quality blogs/month (SEO-optimized, brand-aligned).
• Use keywords provided by the team and ensure clean, well-structured formatting.
• Upload blogs directly to our website using Framer (no-code CMS).
• Work with internal teams to gather brand examples, project stories, or relevant input.

• Own and manage Rare Ideas Pinterest presence.
• Create and schedule 57 original pins/week and manage optimized boards.
  
• Use AI or Canva to generate visual pins; work with our design team if needed.
• Run occasional ad campaigns to boost traffic and leads (optional phase 2).

• Brief the design team for any blog or Pinterest visuals as needed.
• Generate AI visuals independently when required to support blogs or pins.
• Ensure all visuals are brand-aligned and optimized for engagement.

• Track performance of blog traffic and Pinterest using GA and Pinterest Analytics.
• Optimize older blogs monthly based on traffic and engagement.
• Prepare monthly reports outlining what worked, what didnt, and whats next.

• 24 years of experience in content writing, blog publishing, and Pinterest marketing
• Experience using CMS platforms (Framer or similar)
• Clear, engaging writing style that feels human and strategic
• Basic knowledge of AI image tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, DALLE, etc.)
• Eye for good design and experience working with creative teams
• Good time management, writing speed, and attention to detail

• Interest in branding, hospitality, and F&B industries
• Prior work in an agency or startup setting
• Experience managing Pinterest ads
