Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Stewardship
- Global Positioning: Define and execute the narrative that differentiates Cocoma from traditional digital agencies, focusing on our "Powerhouse" status in the YouTube and Social ecosystem.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Cocoma at global forums (like CES, VidCon, and AdWeek) to evangelize our views on the Creator Economy and AI-driven content.

Revenue & Growth Marketing
- Demand Generation: Build a predictable B2B lead-generation engine targeting media houses, production giants (Netflix, Amazon, etc.), and top-tier global creators.
- Client Success Marketing: Partner with the "YouTube Strategy" team to turn client success stories (e.g., scaling channels from 400K to 3M+) into high-impact case studies and sales tools.
3. AI & MarTech Integration
- Next-Gen Tools: Oversee the implementation of AI for content localization and hyper-efficient video production workflows.
- Data-Driven Culture: Lead the adoption of advanced analytics to track retention, CTR, and monetization metrics across all client portfolios.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Talent Coaching: Mentor a diverse team of growth hackers, creative directors, and performance marketers.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Business Development team to refine our "Growth Audit" products and ensure marketing efforts align with high-LTV (Lifetime Value) client acquisition.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 12+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP-level role within a high-growth Digital Agency or Content Media firm.
- The "YouTube Native": You don't just know social media; you understand the deep mechanics of the YouTube algorithm, CMS management, and community engagement.
