Location: Remote
Commitment: 40 hours per week
Commission: $27 $32 per hour
- Design challenging data science and machine learning tasks based on real-world workflows
- Evaluate model outputs and provide detailed feedback on correctness, efficiency, and reasoning quality
- Develop evaluation frameworks for statistical reasoning, ML pipelines, and analytical workflows
- Create accurate, well-documented solutions that serve as high-quality ground truth data
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve consistency and technical accuracy in training data
What We are Looking For
- Strong experience in data science, machine learning, data engineering, or software engineering

- Strong experience in statistical modeling, programming, data analysis, or LLM workflows
- Demonstrable career progression in technical or analytical domains
- Ability to commit to full-time weekday availability throughout the engagement
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation, or human feedback workflows is a plus
- Strong written communication and technical documentation skills
