HR Intern People & Culture

Location: Hybrid / Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Timings: 10 AM to 7:30 PM

Role Overview -

Were looking for HR Interns who are passionate about people, culture, and growth. This isnt your typical HR internship, youll be at the heart of our organization, helping shape the experience of everyone who works here. Youll work directly with our HR and leadership team to support recruitment, employee engagement, performance initiatives, and cultural programs.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Write engaging job descriptions, reach out to candidates, and help drive a seamless hiring process.

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Help create memorable first-week experiences and maintain strong engagement touchpoints.

3. People Operations & HR Administration

  • Maintain employee databases, attendance records, and HR documents.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and compliance tasks.

4. Culture & Engagement Initiatives

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and cultural events.
  • Gather feedback and ideas to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

5. Learning & Development Support

  • Assist in organizing internal training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Track participation and evaluate learning outcomes.

6. Employer Branding

  • Contribute to HR content on social media and career pages to showcase company culture.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to attract talent through creative storytelling.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Help track HR metrics like hiring performance, retention, and engagement data.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management insights.
