We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive growth through both outsourcing platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) and direct client engagement (local and international). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting winning proposals, managing client accounts, and helping scale our service offerings in the competitive IT market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across outsourcing platforms and direct B2B channels.
• Create and submit professional proposals tailored to client requirements on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
• Conduct lead generation via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital campaigns.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering the right technical solutions.
• 
  Coordinate with internal development and design teams for project estimation, timelines, and proposal drafting.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communication using CRM tools.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

• Proven experience in business development and lead generation in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing platforms and direct sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client accounts and close deals independently.
• Familiarity with digital services like web/mobile development, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  

• Experience using Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, or similar platforms.
