Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager who has strong knowledge of Odoo ERP sales, business automation solutions, and enterprise software consulting. The candidate should be capable of identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, pitching Odoo ERP solutions, and closing deals for ERP implementation services.
The ideal candidate must have experience in ERP consulting sales, lead generation, client communication, proposal creation, and handling complete sales cycles for Odoo-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Odoo ERP implementation and customization services.
- Identify potential clients from manufacturing, retail, trading, healthcare, education, logistics, and service industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Understand client business processes and recommend suitable Odoo modules.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for requirement gathering.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and workflows.
- Experience in ERP software sales or SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, POS, Manufacturing, and Sales modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Experience with LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and B2B sales.
- Understanding of IT services and software development processes.
