Key needs: 1. In the experience bracket of 18-22 years,
  • Been in the VLSI industry/tech ecosystem.
3 Can groom and guide the sales team. 4. Be responsible for Sales P & L.
Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for growing revenue and expanding market share. The VP of Sales will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the executive team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion for our services
Build and manage a high-performance sales team that can execute on the companys growth objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure our service offerings meet customer needs
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and threats
Define and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to provide visibility and accountability to executive leadership.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and customer needs to ensure our sales strategy is effective and competitive
Develop and maintain a strong company culture that values customer success, teamwork, and integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
15 to 20 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the semiconductor industry

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and expanding market share
Experience building and managing high-performance sales teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for customer success and a dedication to building strong relationships with customers and partners.
