Job Title: Business Development Executive (Night Shift 7:00 PM Onwards)

Location: Surat

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM Night Shift

Experience: 05 Years (IT Industry)

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and building strong business opportunities for the company. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to execute business development strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business through online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other social media platforms.

  • Draft and submit high-quality proposals, manage bids, and handle client communication.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project coordination and client satisfaction.

  • Present solutions clearly and confidently to clients.

  • Handle negotiations, lead conversion, and assist in closing deals.

  • Prepare client-specific documentation, proposals, and reports.

  • Utilize strong project understanding to explain technical services, web/app development, and digital solutions to clients.

  • Maintain a proactive approach in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Business, IT, or related field).

  • 05 years of IT industry experience in Business Development or Sales.

  • Proven track record of executing successful business development strategies.

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking.
