Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily finance and accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger

management

• Process and reconcile invoices, vendor payments, and employee expense reports

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial analysis

• Help prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable external regulations

• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and records

• Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance function

Required skills

• Strong foundation in accounting and finance principles (knowledge of Ind AS / GAAP is a

plus)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial

modelling)

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced startup environmen

Education:

•Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
