Role summary As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will be overseeing and optimising the entire revenue generation process for repeat customers by aiding the Customer Relations team. Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive business efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and implement improvements in processes to enhance efficiency in repeat revenue collection and growth.
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use the information to develop and implement revenue growth strategies.
• Evaluate and implement necessary technology and tools to support the revenue operations process
• 
  Work collaboratively with other departments, including engineering, finance, Customer Relations to ensure alignment,implement necessary changes and effective execution of strategies
• Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the revenue generation process and identify areas for improvement.
• AR Revenue forecasting and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Experience: 1+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Business Analytics, or similar internship/role
• Technical:
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets (basic SQL a plus)
• Working knowledge of payment gateways like Stripe, Razorpay

Salary
Annual Salary: INR 5 lakh to 7 lakh per annum Location:
Bangalore
