- As a Corporate Trainer & Developer at Codingboss, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for employees. Located in Gopichettipalaiyam, you will conduct workshops, create training materials, assess employee performance, and offer continuous learning opportunities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with department heads to identify training needs, ensuring alignment with business goals, tracking training effectiveness, providing feedback, and supporting employee skill development to enhance overall organizational productivity.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical background in Java Full Stack (Spring Boot), Python (Django), PHP (Laravel), React, React Native, Full Stack Development, iOS App Development, Frontend Development, Backend Development, Android App Development, Android (Java), MERN Stack, DevOps (Deployment Basics, Git, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Microservices), Testing (Manual Testing, Automated Testing), and have a profound understanding of Software Development, system architecture, and database management. Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, effective communication, and teamwork skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, and experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning would be a plus.
