Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Inside Sales Lead to drive lead generation for our healthcare division through email, social media and phone inquiries. This role involves maintaining up-to-date CRM records and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, persistent, persuasive, and committed to reaching targets, with strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders from assigned Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts or industry campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery teams to create and collate content for prospect presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, working with sales to advance the sales cycle.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly ACV revenue booking targets.
  • Segment accounts and execute campaigns based on micro-verticals such as Pharma, Medical Device, Healthcare Provider, Diagnostics, Healthnet, etc.
  • Research relevant accounts based on buying intent, identify key accounts and generate interest by qualifying leads as per BANT criteria.

    Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned accounts and campaigns.
  • Educational or professional background in the Healthtech, Medtech, or Life Sciences sector.
  • Minimum of 5 years of inside sales or pre-sales experience in selling IT services to various micro-verticals within healthcare and life sciences in the North American market.
  • Experience with solution-based selling.
  • Proficiency in building conversations with prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and email to secure meetings.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar.
