Procurement Associate

The Procurement Associate will support procurement activities related to IT infrastructure, software licenses and subscriptions, professional services, and other business support services. The role involves vendor management, contract coordination, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies. The ideal candidate should have analytical skills, experience handling service-based vendors, and the ability to coordinate closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

? Manage procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and service contracts.

? Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.

? Assist in negotiation of pricing, SLAs, payment terms, and contract conditions.

? Coordinate contract review process with legal and finance teams.

? Monitor renewal dates for software licenses, AMCs, and service agreements.

? Ensure timely vendor onboarding and documentation compliance (KYC, agreements, NDAs).

? Coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice validation and payment processing.

? Maintain procurement records and vendor performance data.

You Should Have

? 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the IT or service industry.

? Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration.

? Experience handling IT vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and service contracts.

? Good understanding of contract terms and SLAs.

? Strong negotiation and cost optimization skills.

? Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Operations teams.

? An analytical mindset with strong documentation skills.

? Exposure to IT asset management and license tracking
