We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Oracle Project Manager with the following skillset:
Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple Oracle large scale projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify Oracle project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Oracle project management, with a focus on Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle projects on time and within budget.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle technologies, including Oracle databases, applications, and cloud services.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration processes involving Oracle systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and Oracle technologies.
