Job Title : ServiceNow Business Analyst

Experience : 4-12 Years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and process needs.

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.

- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Develop process maps and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

- Work with ServiceNow technical and functional teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into solutions.

- Support UAT, solution validation and issue resolution.

- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Help define and document ServiceNow processes and workflows.

- Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams throughout the sprint cycle.

- Provide functional guidance across relevant ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working on ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow processes and modules.

- Experience conducting requirement workshops and stakeholder management.

- Strong knowledge of user story creation and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in process mapping and gap analysis.

- Experience supporting UAT and solution validation.

- Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, FSM, SPM or PPM.

- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- CSA - Certified System Administrator

- CIS certifications relevant to ServiceNow modules

- Other relevant ServiceNow certifications
