Job Description

You have a fantastic opportunity as a Duck Creek Technical Project Manager with 12 to 20 years of experience in Greater Noida, Pune, and Bangalore. As an ideal candidate, you should hold an MBA/B.Tech/B.E. in any Specialization or Equivalent.

With a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in managing Pnc Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects using Agile methodology. Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be advantageous for this role. Your excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills will be crucial in effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Your role involves setting up and leading a team towards achieving common goals. You will establish a perfect team/pod for the project, coordinate with Scrum Managers, and ensure all necessary preparations are in place for project execution. It is essential to drive team calls, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget. This includes managing dependencies, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking project progress. Change control management will also fall under your purview, where you will manage scope changes, project schedules, and costs.
Your ability to identify risks, publish mitigation plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to prevent impacts on timelines and costs is critical. Regularly presenting progress and status reports to stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. Overall, your role as a Duck Creek Technical Project Manager demands strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a focus on timely project delivery.,
