Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery for large, complex IT programs and accounts.
Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality standards, and SLAs.
Establish delivery governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
Serve as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders.
Build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Financial Commercial Accountability Own PL for assigned accounts/portfolios.
Drive margin improvement, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure accurate forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (MSA, SOWs, CRs). People Talent Management.
Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Project Managers. Drive capacity planning, utilization optimization, and pyramid health.
Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, capability building, and retention. Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven delivery culture. Governance, Quality Compliance.
Ensure compliance with organizational, client, regulatory, and security standards.
Drive quality assurance practices and continuous improvement.
Support audits, reviews, and corrective action implementation. Transformation Innovation.
Enable digital transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives.
Encourage adoption of recent technologies, tools, and delivery accelerators.
Collaborate with architecture and innovation teams on delivery roadmaps. .
