Key duties and Responsibilities
FACILITATE SCRUM ACTIVITIES SUCH AS DAILY STAND-UP MEETINGS, SPRINT PLANNING, SPRINT REVIEW, AND SPRINT
RETROSPECTIVE. ENSURE TEAM FOLLOWS SCRUM FRAMEWORK AND AGILE PRINCIPLES.

PROMOTE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH RETROSPECTIVE AND FEEDBACK SESSIONS.
COMMUNICATE PROJECT STATUS, RISKS, AND ISSUES TO STAKEHOLDERS.
TRACK KPIS AND HELP TEAMS DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS/SOLUTIONS ON TIME
Required Skills
MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SCRUM MASTER
3 YEARS AZURE DEVOPS EXPERIENCE
GENERAL CONCEPTUAL UNDERSTANDING OF PROGRAMMING AND DB QUERYING. Preferred Skill
CERTIFICATION IN AGILE METHODOLOGIES, LIKE CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER (CSM) OR PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER (PSM).
GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
ERP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
