Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven

Inside Sales Specialist to join our international sales team. In this role, you will engage with homeowners in the Oceania region, understand their energy needs, and guide them toward suitable renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong international calling experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to Australian customers to promote solar panels, battery storage, and energy efficiency upgrades.
• Educate customers about government and state-sponsored renewable energy incentives and rebates.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored renewable energy solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of international outbound sales calling experience (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
