Job Title: Sr. staff accountant

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HOA Accounting Executive to support accounting and invoice processing activities for US-based Homeowners Association (HOA) clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately
• Perform basic GL review and reconciliations
• Review invoices for completeness and correctness
• Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
• Maintain proper documentation and file organization
• Support month-end and reporting activities as required
• 
  Ability to meet daily deadlines
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Experience: 2–3 years (US accounting / AP experience preferred)
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables
• Accounts Receivable and Payable management with advance knowledge

  Exposure to US accounting environment
• Experience with AP and AR Process
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Aderant, excel etc.
• Prior experience working with US clients

• Comfortable working in a process-driven environment
• Prior Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations & Payroll
