Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Patna. The Office Associate will handle daily administrative tasks, including organizing files, managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, and providing general office support. The role includes maintaining records, assisting with accounting tasks, and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure smooth daily operations
- Basic Accounting knowledge to assist with financial tasks such as maintaining records and processing invoices
