Join our vibrant team at Cognico as a Business Development Intern and experience an exciting journey in a high-energy, employee-centric, and performance-driven environment. Location:Hyderabad (6 days working, including weekends)
Stipend:?15,000 (fixed) + ?10,000 (incentives)

Note: Leads need to be self-generated.

Notice Period:Immediate joiner

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential business opportunities and target markets through market research on industry trends and prospective clients.
  • Generate leads independently through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present Cognicos programs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Cognicos offerings.
  • Provide personalized attention and exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and completing necessary sales documentation and follow-ups.

Skills
  • Proven passion for business development or sales, with experience or knowledge of a B2C environment being a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or sales-related tools is preferred.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in the ed-tech industry is highly desirable.
