Location:Hyderabad (6 days working, including weekends)Stipend:?15,000 (fixed) + ?10,000 (incentives)
Note: Leads need to be self-generated.
- Identify potential business opportunities and target markets through market research on industry trends and prospective clients.
- Generate leads independently through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present Cognicos programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Cognicos offerings.
- Provide personalized attention and exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and completing necessary sales documentation and follow-ups.

- Proven passion for business development or sales, with experience or knowledge of a B2C environment being a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with market research and lead generation techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales-related tools is preferred.
- Prior experience or knowledge in the ed-tech industry is highly desirable.
