Role Description

This is a Hourly/Part-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Nagpur. The Trainer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging training sessions. They will assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training methods to cater to diverse learning styles. Additionally, the Trainer will stay updated with industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.

2. Income Tax
3. GST and Allied Taxes
4. Tally ERP - Latest Version

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in subject matter expertise and training techniques
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training outcomes
• Understanding of various training methodologies and digital learning tools
• Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus
• B.Com, M.Com or any Relevant Higher Qualification
