Executive - General Ledger Accounting

Job Specification

Position : Executive-General Ledger Accounting

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications : CA / CMA qualified in 1st or 2nd attempt

Experience : CA / CMA with 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

General ledger accounting, analysis, month closing and reporting under IFRS standards for one or more

businesses.

Experience in Accounts finalization, preparation of statutory financials under IND AS and managing

Statutory / Tax audit.

Drive improvement projects for standardizing, simplifying and automation of FSSC General Ledger

Accounting activities.

Adherence to internal controls in General Ledger Accounting activities as per company policies.

Nature of Experience:

Financial accounting, finalization of books of accounts and reporting as per IND AS for statutory books and

IFRS for group reporting.

Reconciliation and analysis of Balance Sheet Schedules.

Statutory, Group, Tax and Internal Audits for the businesses handled.

Maintain hygiene of accounts and conduct periodic review with Business Finance Team.

Maintain proper internal controls in the area of operation as per the groups Internal Control reference

framework.

Specific Skills/Personal Attributes

1. Knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, group doctrine and ICRF rules

2. Knowledge of financial accounting and finalization of accounts

3. Experience in SAP and competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
