About the Role:
- This is a high-impact role within the finance function of one of India's fastest-scaling fintech and crypto platforms.

- You will play a key role in driving revenue assurance for the core business, building meaningful MIS and reporting frameworks, managing entity-level accounting and reporting, and leading automation initiatives across finance operations.
- The role offers hands-on exposure to VDA accounting across multiple entities and the opportunity to solve complex finance challenges across crypto, treasury, banking, and global operations while building scalable processes and controls for the future of digital finance.
What You'll Do?
- Manage financial accounting, reporting, and support consolidation activities for multiple global entities while ensuring timely and accurate closures.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including preparation and review of financial statements, schedules, and disclosures.

- Drive MIS-to-financial statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency across group reporting.
- Support revenue assurance for the core business by validating revenue reporting, reconciliations, and maintaining proper audit-ready documentation.
- Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators to ensure compliance with IGAAP/Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and other applicable requirements.
- Improve finance processes, internal controls, and reporting frameworks to build scalable and efficient operations.
- Lead finance automation and ERP enhancement initiatives, including Oracle NetSuite optimization and reporting improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Product, Tax, and Operations on business and regulatory initiatives.
- Assist in preparing quarterly employee engagement and spend reports for business unit heads to provide visibility into budget utilization.
