Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a motivated individual to join as an Data Analyst in our Risk Management team. The incumbent will play a crucial role within the Risk Management framework of CoinDCX, and is expected to do the following activities, inter alia:


• Provide best-in-class analytical support; Build and deploy practical analytical solutions such as dashboards, models and report


• Provide insight and recommendations to guide development of risk management strategies, processes and systems


• Assist with collation of data to support risk projects as and when required, ensuring timely and accurate output


• Collaborate cross functionally, and utilize both internal and external data sources, towards above objectives of management reporting and analytics projects


• Extend / modify the analysis based on observations / knowledge of data


• Present and communicate the findings to management and drive stakeholder discussion through rigorous analysis and sound logical frameworks

• B.E./B. Tech or MS in machine learning, computer science, math, statistics or equivalent work experience.

• 2-5 years of work experience with Leading Payment Company/Bank/Fintech/Virtual Currency Exchange


• Practical experience of owning analytics projects and using analytics to solve business


• problems, preferably in Financial Services


• Understanding of, or interest in cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, and the business of a Virtual Currency Exchange


• Must be proficient in data analysis languages such as SQL, R, Python. MS Office;


• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau would be a bonus


• Good written and verbal communication skills – specifically in driving data-driven discussions; strong attention to detail
