Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive to develop, manage, and grow our affiliate and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have strong relationship management skills, and understand how to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through performance-based partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners to optimize performance and increase ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Develop promotional materials, offers, and communication strategies to motivate affiliates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and performance marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor competitor affiliate programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and engage with influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) aligned with our brand.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
• Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution and performance tracking.
• Plan influencer campaigns around product launches, seasonal campaigns, or brand awareness drives.
• Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies.
• Maintain an updated influencer database and nurture long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing (experience in eCommerce or D2C brand preferred).
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ, etc.) and influencer tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, or GRIN).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and optimize strategies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinker who can identify new growth opportunities.
