Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic partnerships to drive company growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK accounting firms and potential clients
- Engage with decision-makers and promote our outsourcing solutions
- Handle the complete business development cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Coordinate daily with our UK-based Partner for client engagements
- Manage CRM software and execute marketing activities (email campaigns, cold calls, etc.)

- Experience in B2B/B2C client segments (outsourcing/accounting preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with UK business culture or market is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary + Commission on deals closed + Annual Discretionary Bonus
