Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full time

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in target industries (IT, BFSI, Telecom, etc.) through research, cold calling, and social media outreach.
• Support senior team members in generating qualified leads and setting up meetings.
• Assist in understanding client staffing needs and communicating Collaberas service offerings effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidate profiles.
• 
  Maintain CRM and sales records accurately for reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or any discipline MBA freshers are also welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn about staffing and the corporate sales cycle.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
